Child Safety Condition of Entry and Team Declaration

By registering for and participating in the 2026 Red Earth Summer Slam, each team confirms that every coach, assistant coach, team manager and other adult team official attending the tournament:

  • is appropriately registered with Football Australia or Football Victoria through Play Football for the 2026 season, where registration is required for their role; and
  • holds a current and valid Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC), or is covered by a current exemption or equivalent clearance recognised under Victorian law.

The person submitting the team registration confirms that they have verified these requirements for all adult team officials associated with their team.

Evidence of registration, WWCC status or a recognised exemption may be requested by Mooroolbark Soccer Club or the tournament organisers at any time. Teams must immediately notify the tournament organisers if an official’s registration, WWCC, exemption or other relevant clearance expires, is suspended, revoked or otherwise becomes invalid.

Any person who cannot provide satisfactory evidence of compliance may be refused permission to act as a coach, team manager or team official at the tournament.

Compliance with this condition does not replace each participant’s responsibility to follow Mooroolbark Soccer Club’s Child Safety Policy, Codes of Conduct and all applicable Football Victoria requirements.

By completing the team registration, the team representative acknowledges and accepts this condition on behalf of the team and its officials.

I acknowledges and accepts this condition on behalf of the team and its officials.
